Website Account Manager

Responsibilities
  • Create Jazel “Raving Fans”
  • Build and maintain exceptional client relationships with Owners, GM’s and Internet Directors
  • Develop consistent and proactive customer engagements via the phone
  • Provide professional follow-up and confirmation via email
  • Consistently review client websites and look for areas to enhance and improve
  • Proactively call clients to see if they need assistance with updates
  • Review client website analytics and look for areas of opportunity to improve
  • Review with clients their monthly reports and keep them updated on improvements made
  • Listen to a client’s need and troubleshoot on the best way to solve their need
  • Provide inbound call support when clients call requesting updates
  • Create job tickets clearly articulating the requested client updates
  • Make requested website updates using Jazel’s software (no website building experience required)
  • Gather new client requirements during the kickoff call
  • Develop creative briefs reflecting the client’s needs for their new website
  • Assist in the launch of the clients new website
  • Train clients on the use of Jazel
  • Perform consistent and ongoing proofing and quality control

    Experience, Knowledge and Skill Set
  • Exceptionally engaging and friendly telephone presence
  • Ability to comfortably and professionally converse with senior level client personnel
  • Strong listening, common sense, and problem solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload to insure customers are taken care of in a timely and friendly manner
  • Commitment to exceed client and employer expectations
  • Computer and internet savvy
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to work well in both individual and group environments
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong written and oral communications skills
  • Should have good base knowledge and experience with MS Office or equivalent applications
  • Auto dealership experience a plus
